Degree of specialization in Sino-European bilateral services trade

The deepening of Sino-European economic and trade relationship has created a great space for development of services trade. This paper analyzes the degree of specialization in Sino-European bilateral services trade respectively based on the perspectives of inter-industry and intra-industry trade. The result shows that the degree of inter-industry trade specialization will decrease with the global economic rebound, but the higher degree of intra-industry trade specialization is showing a trend of gradually deepening in Sino-European bilateral services trade. It is concluded that the intra-industry trade will be the main form of Sino-European bilateral services trade.
