    This paper research the impact of talented factors on quality. Important part of human resources development is scientific assessment of talented factors. Firstly, briefly review assessment research methods, address multi-objective optimization genetic algorithm and assessment framework, establish talented factors indicators. Secondly, construction score matrix, give solution example. Lastly, find that talented factors influence on talented quality.
