  • Abstract
    With the rapid development of e-commerce, the protection of copyright will face enormous challenges. Network has many characteristic such as the borderless nature, complexity of information sources and so on. Therefore, the traditional jurisdiction standards based on the dependant´s domicile and the infringement place will not apply for the new situation. Before the jurisdiction principle of copyright infringement based on e-commerce comes into reality, this paper put forward some principles to follow. These principles include the principle of jurisdiction with agreement, the principle of the plaintiff´s domicile, the principle of inconvenient court and the principle of the infringement place.
