Abstract
In this paper, an alternate low cost 4-sector antenna solution in which the omnidirectional mode is obtained by the combination of the 4 sector modes is presented. The solution based on using 4 Vivaldi antenna etched on a printed circuit board, at 90deg from each other have been developed for use in a wireless backhaul mesh network operating in the 5 GHz WiFi band.
