  • Abstract
    This paper studies logistics system design for the taobao C2C shopping online platform. Besed on system dynamics method the paper establishes the causal loop diagram, dynamic flow chart and formula system of taobao warehousing and distribution system, and carries computer simulation. It is concluded that appropriate distribution latency, increased inventory adjustment time and the better information communications can make distribution center to merge orders, ship to the buyer once, and improve the buyers´ shopping experience.
