Frame relay: the European approach and ISDN

Frame relay is an integrated services digital network service, but public frame relay services are being offered by data services such as BT Tymnet. This presentation looks at some of the reasons and suggests how frame relay may find a home where it began, in the ISDN. It also examines frame relay in the European context and the work of the European Standards Institute (ETSI)
