Abstract
With the development of popular college students´ social practice, it is urgent to research and establish the model of information management. However, the diversity of social practice forms and the variability of social practice process increase the complexity of system design. In the paper, a rule-based intelligent workflow model is used to design system dynamic process. Moreover, by hierarchical design and reuse technology, we effectively reduce system complexity and coupling. After applied in college students´ practice management, the information management system meets the functional requirements and with good usability and maintainability.
