Abstract
There are the APH(Analytical Hierarchy Process), the Ideal Point Method, the Multiattribute Decision-making Method, the FCA(Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment) and the MOP(Multi Object Programming) to evaluate the initial design projects of bearing, but the application of these methods either has some shortages, or is complicated, so this paper used the Grey Relational Analysis Method which is very easy to evaluate the different design projects of a three points contacting ball bearing, finally the optimal project was gotten.
