Abstract
Based on the analysis of the state-owned enterprise operator´s behavior characteristics, the efforts of the state-owned enterprise operator can fall into four categories: regular efforts, long-term efforts, short-term efforts, opportunistic practice efforts. And then, the correlation among the behavior efforts of the operators in state-owned enterprise was proposed in this article. Most previous literatures merely considered the market reputation. In this paper, however, the political reputation based on the characteristics of the state-owned enterprises was introduced. Based on double reputation of the market reputation and political reputation, this paper analysed the operators´ behavior features under the form of equity incentives.
