Abstract
To construct a model of complex industrial process, a graphical, structured method is proposed, which is improved MFM (multilevel flow model) theory. In the theory, MFM is defined as directed graph, including function set and relation set. Function class and relation class are built with XML. So an industrial process is described as a directed graph that expressed by XML. It is applied to a distributed sever system based on SOA, and results show that it can solve the problem.
