Abstract
Based on the experiment of machine spindle raising-speed idle running and vibration testing, different vibration characteristics of spindles with and without tool system in various rotational speeds were obtained, then changing the key structural parameters of diameter and length, we obtained the vibration characteristics of machine spindle system when idle running again. By the way of spectrum analysis, testing results and summarized rules can be the reference of evaluating dynamic performance of tool system, and can also help to afford an optimized goal for the dynamic design of tool system´s structural parameters.
