  • Abstract
    In this paper, a new model for mould amendment based on the closed-loop control system is presented. Combined with the thinking of time-frequency transform, the model is aimed to solve the problem of shape transfer function of closed-loop control system by using the error function of mould amendment scattering closed-loop control system. The mould surface shape corresponding to the ideal product shape is predicted under same technical conditions based on shape transfer function, so as to achieve an algorithm of springback error correction. Finally, a multi-curvature stamping experiment is given to verify the effectiveness of springback compensation algorithm.
