Abstract
This paper presents a new multiscale model predictive control algorithm for multirate system by applying multiscale theory framework. The key advantage of this algorithm is that the modeling of multirate system in multiscale domain is easy and has wide generality. The multiscale model can treat with the multirate variable ingeniously. The second contribution of this algorithm is that the computation efficiency is greatly improved by employing the parallel operation and variable horizon, while it has the same control effect as the model predictive control method in time domain. Furthermore, this paper proposes a multiscale fusion estimation method to estimate state for multirate control system.
