Abstract
The principal of detection radar operating in feedback oscillator mode has been described previously. The simplified basic diagram of such radar providing range-velocity-by-range-velocity scan is shown. The radar uses a single antenna in the quasi-continuous mode of transmission and has no RF oscillator. The signal from the output of the bandpass filter is directly applied to the input of the IF transmitting channel where it is modulated and and after amplification is radiated into space. In the absence of a target in the detection range the delayed feedback of the system is open and the power transmitted is low. An analysis is made of radar clutter immunity when detecting a moving target in a background of point clutter
