  • Abstract
We use the evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics to convert to a computer language on the GIS system. According to the principle of the selected independent of each other to main factors, we determine the layer of coal gas content factor set. With the regional geology of the mine of Chen Jiashan and Xia Shijie, we have analyzed the affecting factors of the mining gas content. According to the data obtained to determine the membership function of each factor and analyze the overlay with the Maplnfo in order to achieve the area gas content and distribution of prediction. The practical application of GIS overlay analysis has proved that it is efficient, reliable, and has the great advantage in the evaluation of resource.
