Promotion Path of Low-carbon Economy Based on Low-carbon Chain

To a country\´s economy, achieved by the "carbon" era to the "low carbon" era spanning three ways, namely, industrial restructuring, energy structure optimization and low-carbon chain building. This paper analyzed the content of low-carbon chain, proposed the low-carbon economy promotion model based on low-carbon chain, analyzed three specific forward path, and explored the strategy to promoting low-carbon economy based on low-carbon chain. Promoting low-carbon chain to build and accelerate the development of low-carbon industries can reap the green industry competitiveness. Low-carbon economy is the only way of the development of national industry, and also the way of country\´s sustainable economic development imperative.
