  • Abstract
    Blasting and controlling technique of isolated and steep rock slope, differing from common blasting, have the special complexity. While, in the course of blasting design and implementation, the rock geology characteristic and environment should be sufficiently realized, and the scheme of blasting and valid protection measures should be established. According to the structural characteristic of rock slope and environment of danger rock mass at Wuzhaoguan on Yichang-Wanzhou Railway , this paper introduces the principle of controlled b lasting and the scheme of blasting and loose blasting. Some technique measures of how to control blasting flying rock and rolling stone are introduced. The methods above are used in realistic engineering and ideal result is obtained.
