Abstract
Macromedia Flash media server (FMS) enables one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-one, and many-to-many communication in real time between applications created in Macromedia Flash. The real-time messaging protocol (RTMP) was designed for high-performance transmission of audio, video, and data between Macromedia Flash platform technologies. Flash and Flash media server are ideally matched and is an effective method to develop marine VHF radio station simulator. With Flash and Flash media server we can develop marine VHF simulator with high imitation, friendly interface and high system stability.
