  • Abstract
    The core of key course constructions is consist of content and course system construction. Based on the features and problems occurred in the teaching practice of “semiconductor physics”, together with the need from constructions of key courses within microelectronics major in the school, the article makes feasible construction and revolution, combining the theory and experiment of various teaching, to train the activity and creative mind of students.
