Abstract
For controlling construction crack, delamination or subregion is adopted normally for mass concrete construction, but still fail to prevent the emergence of cracks. The merge concreting of Nuclear Power Plant slab based on the finite element analysis and strain & temperature-controlled test makes no visible cracks in the construction. In this paper the finite element model of merge concreting of a CPR1000 Nuclear Power Plant Raft is established, and through the strain emulation analysis the conservation technical indicators & temperature-controlling indicators which can effectively control stress or strain are proposed. And also the full-scale strain-controlling test is carried out. All these show that it´s very feasible and necessary to guide construction in finite element method and strain-controlled test, which can be supplied for test reference and theoretics base to similar slab construction.
