  • Abstract
    The power supply chain between the power supply company and the water transfer company is analyzed in the condition of power demand with price elasticity. According to the concept of welfare economics, the paper applies the Pareto optimization theory in the research of electricity price and establishes an electricity price direct discount model to realize the Pareto improvement of the power supply chain. Then the paper makes the max-profit of the power supply company with the optimization´s restriction condition in different price elasticity of demand respectively. Thus an optimal electricity price discount strategies set is formed to balance the benefits between the power supply company and the water transfer company. Finally, the paper inputs example data into the model to validate the availability.
