Abstract

From the lofty mission of engineering management in 21st century, this article discussed the aim, significance, necessity and existing problems of compiling specialty talents´ cultivation plan about engineering management, and mainly discussed the basic principles and basic framework, then evaluated the new training program according to the requirement of flexible education. At the same time it seems that the new training program has the reasonable curriculum, notices the application and design of teaching process, and also scientific distribution of time, the main course designs properly, it can adapt to the requirement of modern society developing for broad caliber and innovative talent in engineering management.
