  • Abstract
Telecommunications network is essentially a dynamic evolutionary and an open complex system which is composed by a number of self-learning adaptive modular systems. With the increasing scale of the telecommunication network systems and the environment changes, the entire macro-structure of telecommunication network emerge instability. In this paper, telecommunication network will be divided into physical network module and products network module and service network module and the complex adaptive behavior of evolution of each modules of telecommunication networks will be analyzed based on the modular theory and complex adaptive system theory. And then, this essay discussed the adaptive power that happened in modular network members, and between the modular and dynamic environment from the micro-level perspective.
