Abstract
A real-time remote image capturing system based on the C/S mode of IP network to resolve problems which can not realize remote image capturing and lack of flexibility in postgraduate image capturing and management is designed. Due to use beforehand processing of image, encoding, the extended UDP protocol and the algorithm of stream control, the system can automatically implement the image capturing, processing and storage, can make up the inadequate of traditional image capturing and applications, which has the strong long-distance characteristic, parallel and practical characteristics.
