Abstract
An outline is given of an algorithm that may be used in the design of rate feedback systems that satisfy the conditions in the conjecture of R.S. Bucy et al. (1989). Two low-order examples demonstrate the applicability of the algorithm. A finite design procedure is described for the general minimax system
