  • Abstract
"Waste Electrical Electronic Products Recovery and Treatment Regulations" stipulated that centralized processing field of waste electrical electronic products should be established and illegal individual and enterprise were not allowed with disposing of the used product. Therefore, location problem of collector has become a matter of urgency. This work developed a supply chain network equilibrium model to solve this problem. M collectors were established in an existing four-tier supply chain network which was composed of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and consumer markets. Finally, a numerical analysis on a test case illustrated the model formulation and the proposed algorithm.
