Research of multi-level resources management system for urban planning

Urban planning management plays an important role in effective integration, standardized administration and authorized share of planning data, which could effectively resolve universal problems such as nonstandard format, resources dispersion, etc. This paper started from the real requirement of urban planning bureau, to carry out researches of business process analysis, planning database design, business systems construction, etc, and elaborates the ideas of multi-level plan management system construction to manage the numerous and jumbled planning resources. Finally, the technologies were applied to urban planning department for carrying on construction of management system, which has been improved its availability and efficiency.
