  • Abstract
    The author presents a method of analysing a queueing system that features an arbitrary number of priority levels. This model is used to study the effect of prioritising a proportion of broadband traffic in a simple model of a network. The results indicate that, given the assumptions outlined in the results section, the network busy hour utilisation could be increased by 13%
