Abstract
Electric load simulator (ELS) is an important motion control system which can reproduce on-ground tests of aerodynamic loads on the control surfaces of aircraft. The mathematical models of electric load motion system are derived and verified through the experiments. Additional torque caused by the motor´s movement can be suppressed effectively. Combining data of simulation and test-bed, a motion controller adopted multi-channel feedforward is designed based on invariance theory to improve the performance of the control system, which can meet load accuracy and load bandwidth requirements.
