  • Abstract
    The process of crude benzene recovery analysis and design the control program of humanoid intelligent, in order to control the temperature of rich-oil, the top of benzole stripping column and the condenser. Intelligent control system consists of two-story. Top-level application expert systems identify the system status and trends real-time, and harmonize and optimize of each sub-control system of the bottom through the expert rules. The bottom constitutes a multi-loop fuzzy controller with the combination of modern control and fuzzy control: multi-loop fuzzy controller bear to achieve the temperature control of the rich-oil, the top of benzole stripping column and the condenser. The simulation results of the bottom controller show that: introducing intelligent control algorithm in the process of temperature regulation is a great performance.
