  • Abstract
    According to the relevant data of 1992-2007, we regard the number of personnel in S&T activities and S&T funds investment as input variables, and the number of patents authorized and the number of papers published as output variables to establish VAR models. The results we got show that S&T funds investments are relatively significant impact effect on the number of patents authorized and the number of papers published and this effect are continuous; while the effect of the number of personnel in S&T activities on the two indicators of output variables will make more and more contribution as time goes by.
