    When platform sharing digital ocean information is taken as new era´s basic infrastructure of serving ocean information, ability of safeguarding social work and level of Existing ocean resource exploitation are and environment protection are upgraded awfully , at the same time, it also become an important research direction about digital ocean. In this paper, on the base of analyzing frame sharing current information, communion demand and basic concept of spatial information service of digital ocean are narrated, theory base and technique system of it are discussed, and then we analyzed SOA frame and key techniques constructing platform sharing spatial information of Digital Ocean based on three-layer service techniquemetadata techniquespatial database technique. In the end, farther research way and development thought of platform sharing spatial information of Digital Ocean are discussed, and we assume digital ocean´s applications to many fields such as ocean economy and ocean sustainable development.
