  • Abstract
    By the study on design method of requirement product and hot-runner product, uniform matter-element model has been used for the modeling of requirement product. Extension theory has been used, and design process of extense design of hot-runner requirement product has been constructed. Merit rating based on Ansys FEA temperature field analysis has been used to evaluate the results, and the optimal design result has been obtained. The method has been applied in the product design of injection model hot-runner.
