Abstract
This paper presents strip´s center position control and rectification system based on photoelectric sensor. The system chooses fluorescent lamp as signal light source, designs corresponding optical signal conversion and processing circuit, adopts Single Chip Micyoco (SCM) to process received detection signals, and writes corresponding modulation software. Drift measurement was done in the lab and the results proved that the system has excellent repeatability, linearity, and accuracy, and is of certain practical value in actual strip production line system.
