A Case Study about the Information Technology Application in Fundamental-Computing Curricula in BCBUU

Information technology consists of modern computer technology, network technology, communication technology, multimedia technology, database technology and artificial intelligence technology. They are widely used in the teaching process. As an example, the application of information technology in fundamental-computing curricula in BCBUU is studied. The features and functions of Lingbo multimedia network classroom software and the blackboard learning system are introduced. At last, according to SWOT analysis, the application of information technology is evaluated. The aim is to make full use of the strengths, improve the weaknesses, exploit and benefit from the opportunities and mitigate the threats.
