  • Abstract
    Due to the existence of menace of national security in our country, the paper points out that emergent support has become one of central military affairs mission, explains important and practical meaning of military affair ELS3. The paper discusses research status, academic meaning, operational principle and how to establish military affair ELS3, constructs theoretic system of military affair ELS3, and provides a new route for military support of answering to the menace of non-traditional national security.
