Comprehensive service system for digital community design based on web GIS

Digital community is the community in which manager, service and every resident linked by digital technology. In order to successfully realize digital community, a digital community integrated service system based on was presented and technical line, general design, function design and crucial technology included in this system were discussed. This essay combined technology, spatial database technology, and address coding and matching technology. This system´s realization shows that the research of digital community construction is important for our country to develop digital city and achieve modern cities´ substantial development.
