Research on management pattern of enterprise based on e-commerce

This paper introduces the concept and main features of enterprise information resources management, analyzes the current situation of enterprises in the electronic business environment, and discusses the problems of strategic planning and organizational structure of enterprise information resources management in the electronic business environment. Then, it describes several common patterns of different types of enterprises in the process of information resource management in the business environment, and does some related analysis. Meanwhile, on this basis it provides the enterprise information resource management system including three parts which are the functional structure, technical structure and network structure. Based on the model system, it will integrate the information resource management and electronic business, highlighting the management of enterprise information resources. In the end, it builds and analyses enterprise information resource management model on the basis of electronic business. At the same time, it introduces enterprise information resources sharing under different circumstances, and the ways to facilitate the implementation of enterprise knowledge innovation.
