After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Maqu is located in the southwest of Gansu province, where the first bend of yellow river flow through. Due to its important ecological position, environmental carrying capacity of ecotourism (ECCE) is assessed for Maqu with a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results indicate an integrated value of 0.8453 (value >0.7 indicates overloaded), suggesting the ecotourism environment is seriously overloaded in Maqu. These factors amount of domestic animals, vegetation coverage, and proportion of the poverty population, security feeling, and proportion of the illiterate and semi-literate population have a lager degree of membership to state “seriously overloaded”, indicating a state of overloaded. This suggests that the base of ecotourism of Maqu is relatively weak in socio-culture and economics, which limits the ecotourism of Maqu.
