Abstract
A modified optimal coordination approach is proposed and applied to the design of a controller for short take-off and landing (STOL) aircraft. This approach exploits the precision and effectiveness of the second version of the method of inequalities together with a decomposition coordination technique to find a suboptimal solution for a set of control systems
