Abstract
In this paper, a high-efficiency and high beam quality, ultra-short pulse, short wavelength laser is developed. Ceramic composite laser such as layer-by-layer, clad-core, rod with gradation of fluorescence element was performed successfully by powder process. Micro-sphere and bulky Nd:YAG single crystal with higher efficiency were synthesized by solid state condition. Ceramic Nd:YAG fiber laser with high power density was prepared by advanced manufacturing process.
