Abstract
Speech is one of the most intuitive interfaces for machine interaction, more so for those uneducated or physically challenged. Still, its true power remains unexploited in present-day devices which are unable to bridge such gap despite rapid growth and development in the industry. This may be so because of increased demands or inaccuracies associated with the speech processing. This paper discusses the ways in which speech can be effectively integrated into the current interfaces and also introduces a modified framework for programming languages that would allow rapid development of such interfaces.
