Abstract
The use of combined resistive and current mode feedback in an instrumentation amplifier with 8nV/
input voltage noise, 2nA input bias current and 0.01% linearity will be reported. Laser trimming of silicon-chrome resistors affords 20μV input offset voltage and 0.2μV/°C drift.
