Abstract
This paper describes an automatic extraction and display method of walking persons´ trajectories which can be applied to video surveillance systems for railway stations, convenience stores and so on. We propose a method to transform 2D human images into 3D object images in real space, in order to derive the 3D positions of objects. The motion trajectories of walking persons are then displayed on a 2D display equipment in real time
