Abstract
This work shows the basis for the use of the Linear Sampling Method (LSM) for imaging breast cancer tumor margins. The LSM has shown capability of low computational cost and qualitative shape and tomography image reconstruction in the microwave frequency range. Terahertz image reconstruction results of excised breast cancer tumor margins will be presented in the conference. The LSM algorithm will be examined on THz measurement data to be obtained using a pulsed terahertz imaging and spectroscopy system.
