Abstract
The author tries to give an answer to the question: what is biocomputing? The basic concepts of biocomputing are described and according to that concept, a possible approach to biocomputing is presented. Central points in this approach are the information principles. From the viewpoint of information principles he considers a geometric-topological approach to biocomputing. He also makes a link between biomolecular computing and neurocomputing and show that these two disciplines are the basis of biocomputing
