Abstract
Using 3-pulse four-wave mixing spectroscopy we excite an intra-band coherence of the coupled light - quantum Hall system and probe its early dynamics. Many-body theory elucidates the non-instantaneous interactions between photoexcited carriers and magnetoplasmon excitations.
