    Describe a design methodology for a double and a triple optimized charge pump. The discussed circuits allow the switching on of the power MOS device. The authors report the theoretical models of the charge pumps in order to obtain either a better knowledge of the circuits, and or an optimized design. The way adopted to reach the model of the double charge pump is in detail discussed
