Abstract
Based on the consistency analysis of the multi-channel, multi-agency, multi-technology SST data, this paper mainly develops the following works: Firstly, this paper analyses various combination relations among the multi-channel source data and provides an evaluation standard for the quality of the result data. Secondly, considering the normal distribution of monitoring data; according to the confidence degree, this paper defines multi-intervals, adopts the weighted average algorithm to fuse the multi-channel interval data and proposes a multi-intervals expression method to fuse result based on confidence degree. Finally, based on the above ideas, a fusion expression system model about the multi-channel monitoring SST data has been designed. The system is aimed to provide a tool for different level users to survey information hidden in multi-channel monitoring data.
