  • Abstract
    A 5kW, high frequency link DC to DC converter has been developed using a single SI (Static Induction) thyristor with a self cooling heat-pipe radiator fin as well as a 20kHz carrier frequency, thus assuring a DC to final output efficiency of 90%.
